H.E Ambassador Teneng Mba Jaiteh, Head of Mission of Gambia to the E.U.

The core function of the Embassy is to provide bilateral and multilateral relations with Belgium and the countries of concurrent accreditation as well as the European Union.

The Embassy promotes and protects the interests of The Gambia and her citizens in Belgium and the countries of concurrent accreditation with a view to enhancing Gambia’s security and socio-economic development.

It also serves as a one-stop centre for the dissemination of information on trade, investment and tourism on Gambia as well as delivery of consular service to both Gambians and foreigners in Belgium and the countries of concurrent accreditation.

The Embassy of the Republic of The Gambia in Brussels, Belgium is accredited to six (6) other countries namely Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is also accredited to the European Union and the ACP (African, Caribbean, and Pacific Group of States).
